Our Story

As an employee in the Automotive Industry for many years, Mark noticed how some dealerships are lacking in terms of communication. Long hold times, lack of reminders, calls being passed through multiple people just to get an answer, these are some of the reasons that turned us off when servicing our vehicle to some dealers. From this experience, Auxie solution was founded. We want to provide all guests with a great guest experience on any platforms of communication.
