Responsibilities
- Ensure that all inbound calls are picked up in a timely manner
- Greet and actively listen to guests inquiries
- Ensure that all of guest's information are up to date or create a new profile for new guests
- Schedule appointments in our client's CRM accurately
- Control the situation over the phone to handle any situations that may come up
- Consistent training on the automotive service or sales industry
